Wellness Coaches
Camille Garrigues, IHP
Nutrition + Skincare Coach
My decade-long battle with acne led me down a long, winding, and at times, excruciating path. After years of different oral antibiotics, birth control pills, prescription topical creams, and every over-the-counter skin care line designed for acne, nothing helped, and everything seemed to make it worse.
Eventually I discovered a holistic esthetician that was the catalyst of my journey to healing my acne 100% naturally. I decided to earn my holistic health coach and nutritionist certification through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute in 2022.
David Lazarus, CPC, CMC
Mental Health + Life Coach
As certified life coach who focuses on people’s relationships, specifically their relationship with themselves, I take a holistic approach to pivoting or energizing your journey to better align with your goals around family, relationships, career, and mental health.
Working with you as an accountability partner, sounding board, and strategic collaborator, you’ll become the author of your own story through introspection, cultivating new perspective, and claiming your dreams.
Diana Leigh
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
While tracking macros is a valid tool for those looking to improve their nutrition, it is not appropriate for everyone – particularly those who either struggle with their relationship with food or those who simply do not have the time or mental energy to track every food they put in their mouth. I take a more flexible approach to nutrition that allows you to be more intuitive but also intentional about your nutrition to achieve goals and improve your health without compromising your relationship with food or sacrificing the joy of living life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the "Advertiser Disclosure"?
We want to be upfront about the fact that we add affiliate links to our posts. These links allow brands to compensate us for the traffic we refer.
We spend thousands of hours researching products in order to keep our reviews authentic and accurate. We are proud that all the information, comparison tools, and personal experiences we share remain objective, independent, and accurate to the very best of our knowledge. If you notice that anything we’ve published is outdated or otherwise untrue, please reach out so we we can correct any misinformation right away.
Do you personally test every product?
We sign up for and personally test every product that we review or compare. That said, our personal experience adds just one data point to the overall story, and is wholly insufficient to make important decisions about your health and wellness.
As an example, it would be unwise to try a new brand of contact lenses or birth control, simply because they worked well for someone on our editorial team.
While our processes for reviewing products is ever evolving, we aim to be fully transparent about our experience, regardless of partnership interest or financial incentive. For more information on how we craft content about brands, check out our editorial process.
Are your articles medically reviewed?
Yes! We work with an accomplished team of board-certified physicians, dentists, personal trainers, therapists, and more who are experts in their field to review everything we publish and ensure medical accuracy. The last thing we want to do is spread misinformation, especially when it comes to healthcare, so we work with credentialed experts with years of experience in the field to raise the bar.
Can I suggest content for Fin vs Fin?
